Periphera Actions:
- A customer call centre was implemented to enable new work opportunities from an urban location using a scaled-down call centre technology. Disabled people now provide a front end for local public authority multi-lungual access services allowing all minority groups equality of access to information and services. This was progressively implemented from the pilot through to demonstrator, and is now ready for larger scale exploitation and commercialisation.
